CinchShare was created to simplify social media marketing. We even made that our tagline because our goal was to cut out all the unnecessary steps so you can save time and focus on what matters most. This differs of course, for everyone – it could be spending more time with family, engaging with your audience online, working your business offline, and it can totally change depending on the day! But what we love most about our scheduling software is that it’s not simply a “schedule a post and forget about it” type deal. Nope. We wanted it to be much, much more!

We love all our features, but this one is pretty darn handy while on the go! You can scour the world wide web for all the things you want to post at some point but just don’t have the time to at that very moment (next in line at the grocery store perhaps?) and then go back to it later to write a captivating post message or design your own version with our Canva integration and schedule it where you see fit. The Save Feature is just that – a way to SAVE whatever you find online that speaks to you for marketing your business. You can also jot down your own brainstorming notes or reminders, save a blog post link – literally anything you want can be put in a safe place for whenever you’re ready to use it.
MANAGE POSTS PAGE
CinchShare stores ALL your content for you. Forever and ever until YOU decide to delete it! This is where your Saved content will be stored, as well as your Pending posts and your post History. What does this mean? For one, you will automatically become the Queen (or King!) of Organization. Congratulations! That’s pretty sweet. AND, get this, you’ll be able to repost your content any time you want and yes, this means Facebook parties, in seconds using the Batch Post feature. It’s become many of our users’ BFF because it is such an amazing time saver! We seriously can’t imagine not being able to repurpose all of our stored content to schedule to Instagram, Twitter and pin to Pinterest!
Now, inside your Manage Posts page, you’ll automatically have all that content organized according to whether it’s Saved, Pending or History – but the coolest part is that in the Saved section, you’ll have folders that you create yourself. We know that everyone has different ways to manage their content, so you’re able to name your folders and create sub-folders very similar to Dropbox. Are you squealing? We totally know you are! And, when you have these folders created, you can use the Save feature and actually send it directly to any of your saved folders so you can locate it in seconds! What are some ideas for folders? We have quite a few!
As if the Folder content management system wasn’t amazing enough, CinchShare added the ability to be able to SHARE Folders with others! That’s right, if you’re a leader or awesome team player and want to help everyone with party scripts, post ideas, promotional material – you CAN!
